What Bible Version Do We Use?

We believe that the King James Bible is a perfect translation of Gods words into the English language.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is a free gift of eternal life (Romans 6:23) and to receive that gift is by faith alone on the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Eternal Security

We believe in the Eternal security of the believer, meaning that once we have receive that free gift of eternal life it is eternal, (John 10:28-29).

Baptism

We believe in baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 28:19)

Hell (Everlasting punishment)

We believe that the unsaved will spend eternity in torment in a literal hell. (Revelations 14:10-11) (Revelations 20:14-15)

The Trinity

We believe that Jesus is God, and that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the virgin Mary (Matthew 1:22-23) . We believe that God consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, and that these three are one (1 John 5:7). The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are three distinct persons (John 1:1, 1 Corinthians 15:27-28, John 8:16-18, John 17:5). This doctrine is commonly known as the trinity.

The Local Church

We believe only in the local church and not in a universal church.
